Neighborhood Amenities

The Bethelview Downs community enjoys many exceptional amenities, each thoughtfully designed to enable residents to relax and unwind. From watching the Superbowl in the Clubhouse to lounging by the junior Olympic saltwater pool, to picnicking in the gazebo by the lakes, or serving up the winning game on the tennis courts, residents have access to the perfect settings for relaxation and recreation.

SWIMMING POOL

The Bethelviewdown's community has a fabulous, junior Olympic-sized, saltwater swimming pool for homeowners and guests to enjoy!

It is located in the Haven subdivision behind the clubhouse. It is generally open from May through September to soak up the sun in a comfortable lounge chair or chill under a beach umbrella for those who need a little shade. Whether you want to relax or play with family & friends, our pool offers something for everyone.

Please note – there is no lifeguard on duty so swimming is at your own risk. For added security, the pool is monitored by 24/7 video surveillance and a key card is required for entry. Authorized key card holders must accompany guests and children under 18 at all times. For additional information regarding guests, key cards, hours of operation, etc., click on the Documents tab and select the Bethelviewdown's Pool Policies & Procedures or login to the Homeowner's Portal Documents folder.

CLUBHOUSE

The clubhouse address is 6280 Turfway Drive and is conveniently located next to the pool in the Haven subdivision. It is available to reserve at no cost to homeowners in good standing. It is fully furnished with a kitchenette, a deck overlooking the pool, handicapped-accessible bathrooms, a fireplace, and reserved parking spaces. The comfortable living room atmosphere and large-screen TV are perfect for watching the big game with friends, enjoying family get togethers, or hosting a neighborhood bunko game.

TENNIS & PICKLEBALL COURTS

Whether you’re just starting to play or a seasoned pro, players of all levels can improve their skills and have fun on the Bethelviewdown's tennis and pickleball courts! The courts are located in the Haven subdivision behind the clubhouse and pool. There are two courts available for use year-round by residents and their guests. The courts do get busy so neighbors are encouraged to make reservations online at www.reservemycourt.com.

The courts can only be accessed with a key card and homeowners must be in good standing to play. For additional safety, the courts are under 24/7 video surveillance and authorized key card holders must be with guests at all times.
