Bethelview Downs is a Covenant Protected Community. We take pride in our Homeowner’s Association and work together to ensure this is a safe and enjoyable place to live.
The Governing Documents: Bylaws of Bethelview Downs, the Declaration of Covenants, and the Articles of Incorporation were established in 2001. These documents serve as the official rules and regulations for our community and outline the rights and responsibilities of homeowners and the HOA.
The Policies & Procedures documents for the pool, courts, and clubhouse amenities can be downloaded and printed for full rules and regulations pertaining to the Bethelviewdown's amenities. Directions for reserving the Clubhouse and Courts through www.ReserveMyCourt.com also included. Key Card information can also be found in these documents or on the FAQ page.
The ACC (Architectural Controls Committee) Submission Form can be summitted through the Owner's Portal. The Tenant Amenity Permission Form can be filled out by clicking the link below and sending to the HOA Board at www.bethelviewdowns.com or HOA@PageAMG.com. Homeowners may also submit through the Owner's Portal. Finally, either form can be downloaded, printed, and mailed to Bethelviewdowns HOA, 6280 Turfway, Cumming, GA 30040.
